I weigh 309!! This is the least I’ve weighed in over 3 years, since I’ve been coming to this Dr. She is thrilled. So am I honestly!

I’ve kept up with the less number of Cokes. So far, liking the watermelon/strawberry drink powder mix the best.

I go outside for about an hour, for vit D. I read my Bible, I nap.

Call people, text, Facebook, blog occassionally..

Trying to be a more healthy me.!
